The Port covers an area of 320 hectres with water limits extends in an arc seawards as far as 18 kms. The port can be approached through a dredged access channel about 5.7 kilometres long, 240 metres wide and 15.5 metres deep.
The port land is available for lease to firms and industries that need to sited near port for logistic reasons at a reasonable rates of rental (valuation done by Jabatan Penilaian dan Perkhidmatan Harta (JPPH). For further information, please email to anuar@bpa.gov.my or abgtahir@bpa.gov.my
